The O’Dwyer family farm is situated here in Cashel and all our beef and lamb is specially reared and hand picked by Martin straight from the land.


As well as quality meats, we provide a full deli to stock up on delicious homemade and home cooked foods.

Martin O'Dwyer Family Butcher was established in 1973 by Martin and Marion.  The business has gone from strength to strength and now the second generation of O’Dwyers have come into the business - Fiona O'Dwyer is a Craft Butcher graduate, bringing a wide range of skills and innovative ideas to their ever changing good food store.  Her sister Una O'Dwyer is an award winning pudding and sausage producer, trading as The Butcher's Daughter right here in Cashel.

Una O’Dwyers Traditional Sausages are made from a traditional recipe passed on
from her father, Martin.

Being a food technology graduate from UCC, Una has used her knowledge and experience to add to the age old family traditional recipe to develop new and novel sausage types for the ever changing tastes of modern Ireland..
